The global market for bionic prostheses in 2022 amounted to $1.5 billion. The growing need for technical rehabilitation devices is also stimulating the domestic AssistiveTech market. "Domestic manufacturers are actively occupying this niche, and already this year Russian bionic prostheses will occupy half of the market" - says Evgeny Borisov.
In general, according to Evgeny Borisov, Russian manufacturers are able to cover the entire demand for prostheses: "Even if demand grows several times over the next few years, it can easily be covered by the existing production capacities".
