Uniting Cities and Ideas: KAMA FLOW Team All Hands Meeting'25

On December 19, Moscow hosted All Hands Meeting'25— a large-scale event that brought together colleagues from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, and Novosibirsk, as well as external consultants and company partners. This meeting was a great opportunity to share experiences, discuss goals, and get energized for the year ahead.

🤝The first part of the day was dedicated to focused work: we reviewed the results of the past year, highlighted the team’s key achievements, set out directions for future development, and discussed the main challenges facing our team and the PE&VC market. The second half of the day was all about teamwork and trust: together, we played a business game about transformation and effective team interaction in times of change. The game was not only fun, but also helped us understand each other better and improve communication for solving non-standard tasks.

We thank the team for their engagement and enthusiasm and continue moving forward shoulder to shoulder toward our common goals!
