"If venture capital has survived anywhere in the world, it is only in Russia. In the States, it's 'venture winter', especially after the problems with Silicon Valley Bank and the collapse of a number of large cryptostructures. All key funds, perhaps with the exception of Sequoia, are showing negative IRRs. The market volume is shrinking, and there are downrounds. That is, there is really not even stagnation, but rather a pullback" - Evgeny Borisov.
