The tightening of requirements for qualified investors, the abolition of certain tax benefits, the absence of placements and new instruments – such key challenges for the Russian stock market were identified by its participants at the industry event of Frank RG on August 3.
For our part, we are convinced that an important tool for the development of the stock market will be the emergence of specialized institutional investors and funds that will participate in the placement of new issuers and validate them for the retail investor.
