At CIPR 2026, KAMA FLOW and ANO “Gorky Tech” — the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Center for Support and Coordination of Domestic Digital Technologies and Developers — signed a cooperation agreement. The partnership is aimed at jointly advancing the IT sector, promoting domestic digital products, and providing expert support to Russia’s technology ecosystem.
As part of the collaboration, KAMA FLOW became a partner of Gorky.Accelerator, an intensive development program for Nizhny Novgorod-based IT companies. During the program’s Demo Day, held on May 20 at CIPR 2026, KAMA FLOW partner Pavel Okhonin participated as a speaker in the panel discussion “Investments in the Regions: Business Strategies of IT Market Leaders”, which was attended by Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor Gleb Nikitin. Together with fellow panelists representing investors, corporations, and government institutions, he discussed the factors behind the high rejection rates faced by regional startups, as well as potential mechanisms for building a sustainable investment ecosystem.
Immediately following the discussion, the final pitch session of Gorky.Accelerator took place, where eight of the program’s strongest IT teams presented their projects to an expert jury.
The partnership between KAMA FLOW and Gorky.Tech will help support promising regional IT projects and initiatives in the future.
