Eugene Borisov took part in the X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

Kama Flow partner Eugene Borisov took part in the business program of the jubilee X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum – the largest platform for dialogue between representatives of the legal, business, political and law enforcement communities on improving law enforcement practice, promoting legislative initiatives for the development of legal culture and regulation of the socio-economic sphere.

In particular, Eugene was the speaker of the discussion "Venture investments. Features of legal regulation in Russia", in which together with colleagues discussed topical issues related to legal tools in the preparation of venture transactions in the Russian Federation, as well as mechanisms for improving the system of Russian corporate law for business tasks and investor agreements with startups.
