Evgeny Borisov, Partner at KAMA FLOW, took part in the business program of the Caucasus Investment Forum, which was held on May 25–27 in Mineralnye Vody. Evgeny was a speaker at the session titled *“Technological Entrepreneurship in the North Caucasus,”* which focused on discussing the creation of a favorable ecosystem for launching university-based startups and integrating them with the real sector.

“The combination of strong scientific schools, young talent, and growing interest in entrepreneurship is the foundation upon which the technological ecosystem of the North Caucasus is now actively being built and developed. It is critically important today to establish an effective infrastructure — to create spaces and formats where scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors can interact, exchange knowledge, and launch joint projects. With proper systemic support and coordinated efforts, technological entrepreneurship in the region has every chance to become a significant part of the country’s innovation agenda and a driver of its scientific and technological progress,” — said Evgeny.

Additionally, he served as a member of the expert commission and jury for the youth startup pitch session, where projects from various regions of the North Caucasus were presented — ranging from agtech and medtech to digital solutions in education and tourism. As part of the event, a strategic partnership agreement was also signed with the North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU), outlining several key areas of cooperation between KAMA FLOW and the university, aimed at the joint development of youth and university-based technological entrepreneurship in the region.
